Lucy’s latest projects include Animals Unexpected and Nature’s Boldest Thieves, (BBC One) show Lucy investigate modern and sometimes surreal stories of animals in human spaces.
Lucy’s presenting style is immersive journalism with a warm sense of humour and her latest shows follow on from the success of her BBC One debut, Talk to the Animals, which aired in 2014 to critical acclaim:

In 2013 Lucy co-hosted two hours of live television on Channel 4 – the ambitious Easter Eggs Live. She also won a Wildscreen ROSCAR for best presenter-led series for Freaks and Creeps. Based on her own original idea, it rated in the annual top ten on Nat Geo Wild.
She is an experienced writer and producer whose work has been nominated for EMMY’s, selected for BAFTAS and aired on every major channel. In 2012 she won the Wildscreen Panda award for BEST POPULAR DOCUMENTARY for Meet the Sloths, whose high ratings spawned a major international series for Discovery International.
Lucy studied zoology under Richard Dawkins at Oxford. Her passions are animals and adventure, she’s travelled to the remote corners of over 50 countries and is the recipient of a prestigious National Geographic Explorer Award.
As a public speaker, Lucy is in demand for corporate events and festivals where she combines her passion and deep knowledge of the natural world with a light-hearted, engaging delivery. Her confidence in front of a live audience also makes her a natural MC for corporate and industry events.
