Biography

Vojtech Vosecky is one of the leading circular economy advocates in Europe. He is in relentless pursuit of a world without waste and has been working with the biggest cities, companies, and nations around the world to make it happen. In 2022, he has been selected as one of the Top Green Voices in Europe to follow by LinkedIn.

His experience comes from co-founding a successful think tank called the Institute of Circular Economy, as well as working on related issues in the European Parliament. He has been in charge of the city of Prague’s transition toward the circular economy for the last 4 years, as a Chairman of a Steering Committee for the Circular Economy. He also works with the world-leading organization Circle Economy as an Associate to deliver cutting-edge tools and services in the Nordics, and pretty much the rest of the world.

We will be 10 billion in 2050, but we only have one planet. In his public appearances, Vojtech Vosecky sends a powerful message about why the circular economy is the missing ingredient to tackling climate change.
