Sarah Baldeo is a globally recognized AI neuroscientist, bestselling author, and six-time founder with two successful exits. She is the CEO of a neurotechnology consultancy advising governments and organizations in over 40 countries on the future of innovation, identity, and infrastructure.
With nearly two decades of experience, Sarah has delivered more than 1,200 keynotes across 20+ countries, equipping leaders in both the public and private sectors with the tools to build future-proof ecosystems—and future-ready minds.
A recurring expert on CTV and CBC News in Canada and NBC News in the USA, Sarah launched her debut book 100 Ways to Future-Proof Your Brain live on CTV’s The Social in June 2025. The book sold out within four days of launch and quickly became an international bestseller. She was also featured in a nationally broadcast campaign during the Wimbledon Open, bringing her signature message of neural resilience to centre court.
Her career spans executive leadership at Deloitte and CGI Canada, guiding innovation and policy for organizations including Coca-Cola, Ericsson, and the Government of Ontario, as well as helping three companies reach IPO. Recognized with the 2025 Women in AI North America Award, Sarah also serves as the Illinois State Ambassador for Women in AI USA and sits on several global AI and investment boards.
Currently a PhD candidate at Middlesex University in London, Sarah is completing research on building neuroscience-informed AI tools designed to enhance human cognition and growth. She also holds an Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and advanced certifications in AI and leadership from MIT and Princeton.
