Laura Donadio is a strategic growth leader with more than a decade of experience helping global brands generate measurable commercial results through influencer marketing, partnerships, and social-first strategies. She has held senior roles at organisations including Unilever, THG, Tommy Hilfiger Global HQ and leading communications agencies across Europe, and is recognised for building high-performing teams, scaling creator ecosystems, and delivering data-driven business impact.
As Global Head of Influencer and Partnerships at Wild, acquired by Unilever, Laura led teams across multiple markets, redesigned commercial and commission structures, and delivered over 25 per cent of total revenue through creator-driven channels. Prior to this, she served as General Manager of THG Society, consolidating the group’s influencer activities into a £27 million global business unit and expanding service offerings to enhance acquisition, retention and operational efficiency.
Today, as Founder of LD Consulting, she advises high-growth companies and global brands including Apple, YouTube, Amazon and Unilever.
