Biography

Greg Kinsey is a Partner at Argon & Co, leading the worldwide Digital Manufacturing practice. He is focused on helping clients to envision, plan, and execute their Industry 4.0 journeys. Rather than focusing on technology, he helps clients to develop use cases, apply innovation methodologies, and transform their operations to create measurable outcomes. With over 35 years of experience in industry, technology, and consulting, he is an international thought leader, conference speaker, and trusted advisor in the digital transformation of industry.

Greg began his career as a factory automation engineer at Goodyear. He subsequently led the manufacturing data platform business at Digital Equipment Corporation. During the 1990s, he was a pioneer in the Lean Six Sigma movement, as Operational Excellence Director at both AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) and Siemens. He went on to become a business consulting and transformation leader, in senior roles at IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Celerant Consulting, and Hitachi.

He was a member of the Digital Manufacturing Executive Council at DIGITALEUROPE in Brussels, and a visiting lecturer on Innovation & Design Thinking at Management Center Innsbruck (MCI) in Austria. Greg Kinsey earned his MBA at Georgetown University, and BSc in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University.

Fluent in English, French, and German, he is a dual citizen of the USA and France, residing in Paris.
