For over 40 years Chris Roebuck has led global teams growing C suite and other leaders as High Performance Leaders to Accelerate Success by meeting their key objectives and beating challenges from M&A to customer focus, brand building to risk management and now AI adoption.

Chris Roebuck shows leaders how to unlock the hidden 10%+ of performance potential that exists in nearly every organisation. Research shows that 80% of leaders haven’t been given the fundamentals to be truly effective, leaving at least 10% of potential performance untapped. Chris helps leaders rapidly shift from “business as usual” to excellence, then on to being a “business of the future.”
