Will Bayley is a World and Paralympic Table Tennis Champion, winning his first world title in 2014. A four-times Paralympian, he has six Paralympic Games medals: London 2012 (silver / bronze), Rio 2016 (gold / bronze) and Tokyo 2020 (two silvers). In 2024, he heads to his fifth Paralympics World No. 1 and once more favourite for gold.

Born with arthrogryposis, Will also battled cancer from a young age, eventually beating it in 2000. He started playing table tennis shortly after his recovery and the rest is history!

Will was awarded his MBE in 2017 and in 2022 was named Sports Personality of the Year at the Sussex Sports Awards and was inducted into the Table Tennis England Hall of Fame.

Will has acted as a role-model on a global level, fulfilling the role of Commonwealth Games ambassador for the Gold Coast Games in Australia 2018. Closer to home, Will is an ambassador of Kent Sports Trust Foundation Pepenbury, Disability Sports Coaching, Bupa and Nestle. In fact, he will be appearing on 6 million cereal packets in the run-up to Tokyo 2021. Moreover, consciously drawing on his childhood experiences, Will has headed up the Rainbow Face Masks campaign to support the Great Ormond Street Hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic.

After a star turn, voted through week-on-week in Strictly Come Dancing 2019, he was forced to withdraw from the competition after sustaining an injury. Wider TV work includes The Pilgrimage, The Last Leg, First Dates, Soccer AM, Loose Women, Celebrity Chase, Sunday Brunch and more. Brand work includes appearing on adverts for Channel 4 and Sainsburys and working with Holiday Inn, BUPA, Nestle, Allianz and ASOS.
