Taufiq Rahim is currently building platforms within the 2040 Nexus that integrate thought leadership, advisory, and investment. He is the author of Trump 2.5: A Primer and Middle East in Crisis & Conflict: A Primer, and he publishes long‑form essays on Geopolitico.
Taufiq is a Senior Fellow for the Future Security Program at New America and a Research Fellow at the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government. Over the past two decades, he has been instrumental in driving investment, convening conversations, and fostering public–private partnerships to address the most pressing global issues across four continents.
He has prior experience at McKinsey & Company, the Aga Khan Foundation, and the United Nations, and was the founder of Globesight.
Taufiq Rahim earned his master’s in public policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and his A.B. from Princeton University.
