Russell Beck is a leading expert on the world of work and how businesses and individuals can make themselves future-ready. Drawing on a rich tapestry of experience spanning continents and industries he has worked as an engineering project leader in 25 countries, as European Head of Talent, as Managing Director of a £120 million turnover outsourcing business, and global head of consulting for a £4 billion turnover recruitment and people strategy business.

An author, consultant and regular international speaker, Russell is described as an inspiring, thought-provoking, energetic and engaging speaker, who acts as a catalyst to captivate leaders, motivating them to think differently and providing the impetus to change. Providing practical advice and tools he enables people to take tangible action, to move quicker and further than they previously thought possible enabling them to unlock the potential and productivity of their most expensive asset, their people.
