Biography

Roger Steare is The Corporate Philosopher – a keynote speaker, published author and a deep subject matter expert on People & Culture, Leadership & Learning, Organisational Development, Ethics, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Since 2003, he has developed a robust, engaging professional practice based on a deep understanding of what motivates and inspires us to do great work. Drawing on peer-reviewed research in biology, anthropology, moral philosophy, psychology, religion, popular culture, and systems theory, he has developed an approach that can transform people, teams, and organisations within just a few months.

His clients have included Abbvie, Bank of America, Bank of Ireland, Barclays, BP, Clifford Chance, the College of Policing, Credit Suisse, EY, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, KPMG, Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide, NHS Trusts, Novartis, Openreach, PwC, RBS, the Royal College of Defence Studies, Santander and Shell.

He has advised governments, regulators, other government agencies and professional bodies including the CIPD, the DWP, the FCA, the FRC, the ICAEW, the IIA and IOSCO.
