Biography

Having spoken in over 40 countries on six continents, rock and roll roadie turned entrepreneur Richard Mulholland knows first-hand the impact that eloquent and persuasive leadership can make. That’s why he and his team work with executives and speakers around the world, helping them be more confident, more compelling, and more authoritative.

He’s the founder of persuasion powerhouse Missing Link and has written three books; Legacide, Boredom Slayer, and his latest; Here Be Dragons.

Richard Mulholland was voted top 40 under 40 (sadly, though, he’s no longer under 40), and top 300 South Africans to take to lunch. Mostly though he’s a husband, father, son, brother, and uncle.

"Rich blew us away! He is a master at his art and this was evident from the moment he set foot on stage. Our team are still raving about him. I couldn't recommend him enough." Harcourts, Head Client Experience & Culture
"Rich was the best speaker and motivator of my group of millennial executives- he totally gets both their scene, as well as company strategy. He is fantastic" CEO & Founder, Ask Afrika
"Rich was inspirational, enlightening and provided incredible insights specific to our attendees development within their current roles at LinkedIn, as well as their own personal development and growth outside of work." Head of Global Sales, LinkedIn
"Richard blew the doors off with his presentation. Lot’s of speakers can deliver usual platitudes like inspirational, dynamic, and motivational, but that would undersell significantly the impact and audience reaction to his unique combination of energy, and irreverence." Executive Director, Global Presence Alliance (GPA)
"Rich is a passionate, dynamic, well read Speaker/Presenter. He lights up a room with his nonchalant style and laid back manner. He knows his subject matter and thoroughly interacts and enthralls his audience. An asset at any event" Marketing & Communications Manager, MESA Africa
"Mind blowing! Rich was the highest rated resource at our event. He had our audience captured right from the start and provided a lot of take-home value." Regional Family Manager for Africa & Event Manager, YPO
