He spent his career in HR, witnessing the evolution of our field and the increasing pressure on organizations to build and retain a thriving workforce. This is not just about efficiency, though. Olivier is a strategic leader with over 18 years of experience in the Human Resources sector.

Most recently he has been appointed as Director of Public Affairs within Randstad Belgium. Olivier is also a lead consultant and Director Randstad Advisory Services where he focuses helping organizations embrace this paradigm shift and build a future where human capital is at the heart of everything.Olivier is passionate about this evolution.
