In 2013 Mike Lloyd founded learn-tech.io focused on simplifying Deep Tech, including AI, Sustainability, Quantum Computing, and Computer Science.

Prior to this, Mike worked at corporate HQ at Microsoft for 14 years as a solutions lead delivering large scale projects in 30 + countries across the world.

learn-tech.io has customers for its products and services across the world, and they work with a wide range of organisations including the British Council, Microsoft, Emeritus, Irish Institute of Banking, and several leading banks.  Mike, a Fellow of the British Computer Society, evaluates master’s level AI projects for the organisation.

Recent high-impact projects include:

• A training program on sustainability for 1.6m Amazon employees.
• An AI certification program for the Irish Institute of Bankers.
• A funding and IT implementation project that yielded $51 million worth of online learning support for 600,000 learners and teachers in Ukraine.

• AI and Digital Technology courses published by Pearson.
• Hackathons on AI and Humanising Technology for the British Council.
• ”AI in Finance” courses for banks in Asia.
