Laura Willis is one of the UK’s leading voices in digital wellness, dedicated to helping individuals and organisations thrive in an always-on world and has spent nearly a decade empowering professionals to build healthier relationships with technology.
Her journey began with her own experience of digital overwhelm, which inspired her mission to tackle tech stress and digital burnout. In her late 40s, Laura was diagnosed with ADHD. This personal insight deepened her empathy and strengthened her commitment to helping others manage digital distractions in and out of the workplace.
She has trained thousands of employees across industries, partnering with global organisations including Visa, UBS, Lacoste, Warner Bros. Discovery, Sky, TikTok, the UK Government, NHS and over 30 law firms. Her work spans engaging talks, interactive workshops and corporate wellness programmes that blend science-backed strategies with a refreshingly honest and dynamic delivery style.
With a background in Social Psychology and as an associate of the Mindful Business Charter, Laura brings both academic insight and lived experience to her work. She is also Mental Health First Aid trained and a speaker for MHFA England, adding depth to her understanding of workplace wellbeing.
Laura’s approach is rooted in practical change. She helps teams reduce email fatigue, foster mindful tech habits and enhance focus and performance. Her philosophy is simple: technology should support, not sabotage, our wellbeing.
Whether she’s speaking at conferences, leading webinars or consulting with leadership teams, Laura’s impact is consistently described as transformative, energising and deeply relevant. As a wife and mum of two she also understands the challenges of managing tech at home, making her guidance relatable and actionable across all areas of life.
