Fabrice Bernhard is the CTO of Theodo, a leading technology consultancy he cofounded with Benoît Charles-Lavauzelle and scaled from $1 million in revenue and 10 people in 2012 to $100 million in revenue and 700 people in 2022. He is also the coauthor with Benoît of The Lean Tech Manifesto, a book capturing their experience of scaling an organisation while maintaining an Agile culture using Lean Thinking and technology.

He is the cofounder of the Paris Devops meetup and an active YPO member. He studied at École Polytechnique and ETH Zürich and lives in London with his two sons.
