Emily Trenouth is a leading voice in the creator economy and a trusted consultant to global brands navigating the evolving world of influencer marketing and digital storytelling.
With over a decade of experience across startups, agencies, and big tech, Emily has shaped influencer and brand partnership strategies for some of the world’s most recognisable names – including Amazon, LVMH, Unilever, Diageo, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, and P&G.
Emily began her career straight out of school in wealth management before pivoting into social and digital media. She went on to join one of the UK’s first influencer tech platforms, connecting brands with a community of over 50,000 creators. Since then, she has built and led influencer divisions at two of the most influential organisations in the space: MediaCom (WPP), where she drove a 500% revenue increase within 18 months, and Amazon, where she led global influencer strategy across 26 international markets.
Today, Emily runs her own consultancy, partnering with brands, agencies, and founders to refine creator marketing strategies, elevate personal brands, and design impactful partnerships. She also delivers high-impact workshops and internal training for marketing and comms teams, alongside offering 1:1 advisory sessions to founders and emerging leaders.
Emily is a sought-after speaker and moderator, with appearances at global stages including Cannes Lions, AdWeek, and DMWF. Her work has earned her a Campaign Female Frontier Award and spots on the AdWeek Future is Female shortlist and Forbes 30 Under 30 longlist. She also sits on the board of Ok Mentor and actively supports the next generation of female talent in media and marketing.
