She has over 25 years of experience in sales, consulting and facilitation. As a tenacious entrepreneur, she has successfully built and operated multiple businesses including her recently launched global Warrior Sales Academy.

Catherine holds a Master of Education with a specialization in Counselling Psychology and has coached Olympic athletes on the power of mindset and mental resilience.

As a former boxer and professional stage actress, Cat’s coaching style blends courage with presence and communication mastery. Her style is (deliberately) disruptive and challenging. Her approach is practical, relevant and highly actionable.

Her goal is to create radical, sustained shifts in sales behavior that deliver tangible results.
