Biography

Catherine Kerr is the CEO and founder of Kerrageous. As a Corporate Warrior Coach, Speaker and Global Facilitator, she offers keynotes and advanced performance training for companies who want to up-level their performance, and maximize results.

She has over 24 years of experience in sales, consulting and facilitation, prior to which she was a tenacious entrepreneur, having sold a variety of products and successfully operated several business ventures. She has a background in boxing, theatre, a Master’s Degree in Education with a specialty in Counselling Psychology and has coached Olympic Athletes on the power of mindset.

Through COURAGEOUS KEYNOTES and in-depth WARRIOR WORKSHOPS, Catherine Kerr empowers FIERCE leaders and their teams to develop the mindset and behaviours of a WARRIOR so they can D.R.I.V.E.™ strategic conversations, better connect with customers, add value, stand out from the crowd, conquer all challenges and ultimately, drive revenue.

Though Catherine Kerr specializes in working with sales teams in the financial services industry – asset and wealth management specifically – her message and approach are adaptable and applicable to ANY company that wants to create and sustain ‘warrior’ employees who are inspired and energized to break through boundaries, conquer challenges and improve performance.
