Previously, Arti was Partner & Director at BCG X, where he advised many of BCG’s largest global clients on AI-driven transformation. He worked across industries and geographies, helping CEOs and executive teams reimagine their businesses through data, innovation, and organizational reinvention. He also served as Interim Head of Advanced Analytics & AI for one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds, leading the design and build of an AI organization that achieved tangible business impact within its first years of operation.
Before joining BCG, Arti was Chief Data & Analytics Officer at H&M Group, where he helped guide the company’s transformation from a digital laggard to a data- and AI-powered industry leader. His approach combined advanced technology with deep human transformation, shifting leadership mindsets, redesigning operating models, and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion across global markets.
