He has a Masters degree in Psychology, has worked as a consultant globally, and has advised leaders and managers on strategy and high performance team development on how to address complex challenges. In his most recent venture as founder and Director of Weave he is creating an international network of learning labs exploring collaborative ways to nurture systemic wisdom.
