Biography

Aidan is the host and founder of The Innovation Show, broadcast globally and on RTÉ, and the only English-speaking show on Finland’s Business FM.

He is the author of the forthcoming book Undisruptable: A Mindset of Permanent Reinvention for Individuals, Organisations and Life (Wiley, March 2021).

Aidan is a Change Consultant and Executive Coach, working with organisations to improve how they engage and innovate. A champion for change, he has reinvented himself after a successful rugby career, transitioning into roles focused on digital transformation, innovation, culture, and leadership.

He has earned over 100 caps playing for Leinster, Toulouse, and London Irish, and is a full Ireland Rugby International.

Aidan developed the digital ecosystem for Communicorp Radio Group, served as Head of Innovation for RTÉ (Ireland’s national broadcaster), worked as an innovation consultant for global firm Katawave, and currently sits on the board of National Broadband Ireland.

He also developed and delivers a module on Emerging Technology Trends at Trinity College Business School, ranked 1st in Ireland and among the top 100 globally.

Aidan was nominated by the Thinkers50 for Innovation and is recognised as one of the top 10 thought leaders in innovation worldwide.
