Sarah Bayliss is a registered functional nutritional therapist specialising in optimising metabolic health, managing stress and sustaining high-performance energy levels. Her mission is to help driven professionals protect their vitality, mitigate potential health risk factors, and build resilience through bespoke 1-on-1 packages, functional testing, workshops and talks.

Sarah believes investing in health isn’t just about looking or feeling better today—it’s about building long-term resilience, reducing chronic illness risk, and unlocking your true potential across all of life’s demands. In our fast-paced, modern world, it’s all too easy for business leaders to deprioritise their own self-care routines. Yet Sarah knows that robust health is the foundational fuel for peak productivity, focus and impact.

Sarah Bayliss guides her clients through personalised functional nutrition plans and testing to rediscover balance and vitality. Taking a whole-body approach, she explores the interconnected factors of diet, lifestyle, environment, stress and genetics to identify current health symptoms and potential risk factors. Sarah’s determination was sparked at age 12 when she was diagnosed with dyslexia. This fuelled her desire to overcome challenges and succeed. Against all odds, Sarah earned a first-class distinction degree in marketing just a decade after learning to read and write. She went on to have a successful 15-year career managing accounts for major clients like Diageo and Unilever. After experiencing burnout, Sarah became passionate about improving performance and quality of life, leading her to become certified by world renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine and Institution of Functional Medicine.
