Pellegrino Riccardi is an award-winning keynote speaker, communication expert, and cultural consultant with over 30 years of experience working with senior leaders across global organisations. Born in the UK to Italian immigrants and now based in Norway, Pellegrino has spent his life translating cultures — both national and corporate.

Pellegrino’s work sits at the intersection of culture, leadership, inter-human relationships and performance, helping organisations align the way people behave with the results they want to achieve.

In 2020, he was named Norwegian Speaker of the Year, selected from over 700 of the country’s top speakers. He has delivered three TEDx talks, with his talk on cultural differences approaching 2 million views, and regularly features in international business and leadership programmes.
