Pellegrino Riccardi – Keynote Speaker

Pellegrino Riccardi was born in the UK in an immigrant family from the south of Italy. For the last 28 years he has lived and worked from his base in Norway.

During his over 30-year-long career as trainer and public speaker, Pellegrino has excited and delighted audiences all over the world with his unique brand of public speaking, a seamless fusion of masterful storytelling and observational humour.

In 2020, Pellegrino Riccardi won Norwegian Speaker of the Year, an award he won against tough competition from over 700 of the country’s top speakers. Pellegrino was also a finalist in 2021 and 2022.

Amongst his many qualities on stage, Pellegrino has a rare ability to present complex ideas in a simple, practical and accessible way.

Pellegrino Riccardi has 3 TED Talks under his belt. His talk on Cultural Differences has over 1.5 million views and is often used as part of international business studies around the world.

Pellegrino explores how to build corporate cultures, how to create vibrant work environments, how to get the best out of yourself and others around you, as well as other human-interaction fields such as customer experience, sales and negotiations.

The son of an immigrant and an immigrant himself, Pellegrino has recently become more and more involved in the pressing issues of immigration and refugees, helping people deal better with the influx of diverse and often conflicting cultural values.
