Olav Haraldseid is the author of the book; Diversity Capitalism. Diversity Capitalism sheds a holistic light on how diversity can be far more profitable for organizations, businesses, and academia. This book is aimed at those who want to enhance performance through developing a stronger team with complementary skills as well as for those who wants to strengthen the way they include and lead diversity.
