Olav Haraldseid is the author of the book; Diversity Capitalism. Diversity Capitalism sheds a holistic light on how diversity can be far more profitable for organizations, businesses, and academia. This book is aimed at those who want to enhance performance through developing a stronger team with complementary skills as well as for those who wants to strengthen the way they include and lead diversity. Diversity in this book goes beyond the traditional, focusing on both the visible and invisible incorporating several types of personality, attitudes, character traits, skills and competencies. This also includes neurodiversity like Asperger, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and Dyspraxia. Looking at both visible and invisible diversity this book is truly holistic as it encompasses every aspect. This book should be required reading by all leaders, department managers and HR specialist and anyone who really wants to understand diversity at its widest meaning.

Olav has a background as CHRO and VPHR in large multinational corporations such as Equinor ASA, NorgesGruppen ASA and Circle K. He has also won HR Norway’s competence prize, and the Advertiser Association’s award as Norway’s best speaker.
