Mette has spoken internationally on Authentic, Inspirational and Inclusive Leadership at global conferences, corporations and business schools. Her clients include Citibank, Airbnb, Microsoft, UPS, Pfizer, CapitaLand, among many others. She has received prestigious accolades such as the AmCham HERo award, the Asia Women Icon Award, HRM Asia Silver and Bronze, the Golden Door—REX Karmaveer Medal, and APAC insider’s Best Leadership Development Company.

In addition to her corporate work, Mette is the founder and driving force behind KeyNote – Women Speakers, a non-profit with a mission to bring diversity to speaking stages worldwide. Her work is regularly featured in the media, including Harper’s Bazaar, Channel News Asia, and the Straits Times in Singapore.

Having lived in 11 countries outside her birthplace, Denmark, Mette is a global citizen who speaks fluently in four languages. She currently divides her time between Dubai, Singapore, and travelling the world.
