With degrees in Biochemistry, Physiology, Nutrition, and Sports Nutrition, along with a PhD in Public Health & Epidemiology, Linia combines scientific expertise with practical advice to empower women during the menopause transition.

Linia’s debut book, Food for Menopause: Recipes and Nutritional Advice for Perimenopause, Menopause and Beyond, published by Murdoch Books in September 2024, is a groundbreaking resource for women navigating menopause.
