Katherine Baldwin is an experienced mental health and wellbeing speaker, TEDx speaker, trauma-informed coach, relationships expert and author who inspires and empowers audiences to achieve their full potential while staying mentally and physically well.

Runner up and highly commended at The Speaker Awards 2024 in the Positive Impact category, Katherine’s powerful talks address pressing topics including how to bounce back from adversity, avoid burnout, overcome addictions, manage stress and anxiety, create psychological safety, create a diverse and inclusive workplace, build resilience, overcome imposter syndrome, increase emotional intelligence, form healthy relationships and lead with vulnerability.

By sharing her personal experience of overcoming an eating disorder, alcohol abuse, workaholism, chronic stress, anxiety, burnout and breakdown while working as a Reuters political reporter in the UK parliament and travelling the globe with prime ministers, along with the steps she took to rebuild her life, Katherine motivates others to balance peak performance with healthy self-care.
