Biography

Julian Hitch is an industry leader in work place wellness. Named by Stylus (stylus.com) as one of 2018’s top business influences, Hitch has specialised in the high performance and well-being field for over 18 years.

As a Director of Well-Being for Leon Restaurants, he implemented a pioneering company wide well-being strategy, increasing speed and lowering stress levels across Leon. Incorporating wellness into daily routines, this was the first programme of its kind and redefined wellness for employees in the fast food industry.

Julian Hitch co-founded the Sienna Programme, a well-being consultancy which helps companies make well-being a daily reality at work. Simple, easy and highly effective it gets to the heart of wellness in only twenty-two minutes a day, increasing productivity and retention.

He is also a professional sportsman. Since beginning teaching Wing Tsun Kung Fu at the age of seventeen, he has set Martial Arts and Guinness World Records, as well as teaching special forces units, bodyguards and national champions. He recently featured on the History Channel programmes Ancient Black Ops: Ismaili Assassins and Ancient Assassins: The Kung Fu Nun.

Hitch advises CEO’s and Senior Management on achieving sustained success. Julian Hitch is currently writing a book about the principles of martial arts applied to business with John Vincent (CEO and Co-Founder of Leon) called ‘Winning not Fighting’ – which will be published by Penguin in November 2019.
