Jack Milner shows you how to use humour and fun to help organisations transform their culture, communication and creativity and so improve their BUSINESS PERFORMANCE.

Whether that’s bringing people back into the workplace, making your work culture something people genuinely want to embrace, helping organisations unleash their creative potential so they can grow in challenging times, or communicate their brand so it stands out from the competition, Jack will help you free your funny.

His talks inspire and motivate workforces to help businesses discover that by having more fun, they can be more profitable. You won’t be surprised to hear that Jack’s talks are very funny, incredibly energising (so Jack is often chosen for the post lunch speaking slot), but also motivating and uplifting.

Jack understands that Fun and humour are gold for business. The most successful teams and leaders have fun at their centre and in a time of crisis, humour is truly our best mate. The data overwhelmingly supports this.

He is an associate lecturer for Ashridge Hult and Asia Business School/MIT.

Jack is also one of the most versatile and prolific creators on the London comedy scene and for many years has pursued simultaneous careers as a director, writer, comedy actor, facilitator and producer in theatre, television, film and radio. He has participated in over one hundred productions, both on stage and behind the scenes, with notable success in all fields. His co-written comedy Octopus Soup recently completed a highly successful number one tour of the UK, and is currently running in one of Prague’s most prestigious theatres.

Jack has run comedy workshops for The National Theatre, Channel 4 and ITV, amongst many others. He has also run over 1,200 comedy and stand up workshops.
