Ian’s focus is on how individuals and organizations can learn to not only adapt to change but to develop a healthy appetite for it. His research has shown that our brains evolved in order to cope with change and that we can harness this fact to create more flexible, change-enabled and ultimately more fulfilled individuals and organizations.
He is an expert in how to harness stress, use anger, solve problems, boost confidence and understand the dynamics of success.
