Gizem’s journey began at Colliers International, where she honed her expertise in developing and leasing international office projects. Armed with a double major in International Relations and Sociology Bosphorus University, she embarked on a quest to transform workspaces into hubs of innovation. Her commitment to environmentally conscious design led her to earn a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Istanbul Technical University, where her 2009 thesis on Sustainable Buildings laid the groundwork for her impactful career.
