With first-hand experience in frontline jobs within the probation service and education, Gina brings powerful stories from some of the toughest workplace environments – where she personally faced stalking, homophobic bullying and gaslighting. As an LGBTQ+ professional, she navigated the intense pressures and challenges that come with being visible in toxic workplaces. Drawing on these experiences, Gina talks about how she came to spearhead a global movement to transform workplace culture and champion true inclusion.

Gina has revolutionised the way organisations approach inclusion, belonging and culture with her framework, the 5 Levels of Culture. In 2024, she wrote her book The Authentic Organization: How to Create a Psychologically Safe Workplace in which she outlines how to drive change in large businesses.
