Giada Vercelli advises on the organisation of proprietary events and conferences for cross-border investment and capital markets. She organises panels and video-roundtables on various topics, such as capital markets, emerging markets, foreign exchange, financial institutions, corporate finance, SSAs, hedge funds. Giada has moderated several conferences on the development of Sustainable and Responsible Investment, Islamic Finance, and Financial Literacy.
She is the award-winning author of a book on the 2008 financial crisis and has more than 15 years of financial news writing and broadcasting experience, with seven years as the first Italian correspondent from the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq for Bloomberg TV and SKY TV.
She has reported live from major international events, including two US presidential elections, G7, IMF, World Bank, and Federal Reserve meetings, broadcasting in English, Italian, French and Spanish.
Vercelli is also Director of Content at Euromoney Conferences and developed a multimedia platform for Standard & Poor’s and co-chaired WINS, McGraw-Hill’s global diversity network.
