A graduate of Georgetown and Columbia Universities and the New York Freudian Society, Erica is also the founder of Attachment Circles, a therapeutic education and support model for mothers. She serves as a psychological consultant to corporations, schools, and health and community organizations. Erica is a member of the advisory board of ARC (Alliance for Responsible Citizenship) and has spoken at the United Nations on issues related to parenting, mental health, and child development.
