Enda was recently selected as the motivational coach on a national TV campaign which aims to impact the obesity levels of Ireland. Enda is fast becoming an International leader in the areas of Leadership development, team development motivation, wellness and mental conditioning.

Enda brings a cutting edge to the corporate and sports world. He brings the same competitive spirit merged with reliability and dependability that he epitomised for the Armagh Gaelic Football team for fourteen seasons. During this time Enda was part of a team that initially were perennial under performers and which then developed into the number one team in Ireland in Gaelic Football. This team is widely recognised as the team that brought a professional approach and attitude to one of the greatest Amateur Sports in the World.

He established Motiv8 in 2005 with the ambition to offer a range of services that would unleash hidden potential within individuals, teams and organisations. His record of success to date has been phenomenal. He has worked with numerous athletes from a wide array of sports including golf, tennis, swimming, horse racing, rugby, soccer.

Enda has worked with a number of the Irish Grand Slam winning team in 2009, the Leinster Rugby over the past four years resulting in The team winning the Heineken Cup for the first time in May 2009 and for the second time in 2011.

Edna spent the duration of 2013 working with the IRFU management team on the 6 Nations Tournament.

Enda never claims to be an expert in any of the areas that Motiv8 performance excellence specialise in; he is weary of calling himself an expert. He prefers to be referred to as a “hunter of excellenc” as he strives each day to hunt for and learn new improved ways of building a team, or becoming more mentally tough or of becoming an authentic Leader.

Through his work with Motiv8 Performance Excellence, Enda has worked with sporting and business clients in Germany, Finland, Denmark, America, England, Japan, South Africa, France, Ireland and Spain.

In addition Enda and his colleagues are currently advising corporate team such as Ebay, Ulster Bank, Bristoll Myers Squibb across Europe, Kelloggs Europe, Volkswagen, MSD pharmaceutical, Davy Stock Brokers, AIB global Corporate Banking ( Ireland, Europe and North America). Enda is challenging and coaching these organisations to change the way they think and perform in the areas of corporate wellness, team performance, mental toughness, leadership and motivation.
