David Clutterbuck is one of the world’s leading authorities on leadership, coaching, mentoring and talent management. The last active pioneer of the early days of coaching and mentoring, he is author or co-author of nearly 80 books. A renowned humorist, he is known for presenting challenging ideas and complex concepts in ways that make them accessible to audiences of all types and sizes.
David co-founded the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the first and most evidence-based professional body in the field. He holds a variety of visiting professorships and is a Chartered Companion of the CIPD and a Distinguished Research Fellow at The Conference Board. Among his many current projects is one to create 5 million school-age mentors globally.
David takes on a new learning challenge every year – from skydiving to stand-up comedy. He has presented to audiences in over 120 countries and conducted research with some of the world’s biggest corporations.
