Andy Stumpf is a former Navy SEAL. He enlisted for military service in 1996, after completing the necessary military training, Stumpf began his SEAL career assigned to SEAL Team Five, in Coronado California. Throughout his 17-year career, he served on both East and West coast SEAL Teams.
In 2006 he returned to the Naval Special Warfare Center as a BUD/s (Basic, Underwater, Demolition, SEAL) Instructor, considered to be the most difficult military training in the world. In 2008 he submitted a commissioning package, becoming the first junior enlisted SEAL to receive a commission through the Limited Duty Officer program in the history of Naval Special Warfare.
Stumpf completed numerous deployments throughout the world in support of the Global War on Terror, and was medically retired from military service 28 June 2013.
Post military, Stumpf managed Corporate Development and Licensing for a global fitness brand, focusing on strategic relationships and sponsorship opportunities. In addition to his management position, Stumpf became the company pilot, earning his Airline Transportation Pilot’s license, as well as type certification ratings in the Gulfstream GIV, and Citation 525 series aircraft.
In 2015 Stumpf founded Razor 01 LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to teaching the lessons learned from over a decade of sustained combat in Special Operations to the leaders and managers of corporate America.
In addition to his consulting work, Stumpf began a campaign to raise 1 million dollars for the Navy SEAL Foundation.
