Alvine Tremoulet currently holds the position of Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Pfizer. She supports and advises managers and employees on the added value of diversity (visible, invisible and cognitive), equity and inclusion. And this, for a more efficient, more innovative, more attractive, and more socially responsible organisation and society. A communicator, employee engagement specialist, intrapreneur, entrepreneur and a constant learner, she very much likes the concept of corporate activism in alignment with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. She truly believes that companies have a role to play in our societal challenges.
Alvine is passionate about topics related to organisational change, corporate culture, responsible capitalism, talent development and inclusive leadership.With a particular interest on Women empower and leadership.
Alvine is a graduate in Communication from the French School of Press Relations and Communication Professionals (EFAP), also holds an Executive Master’s degree in Communication from Sciences Po Paris, and finally holds a ” Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)” issued by The Society for Diversity.
