Alexandre Mars began his entrepreneurial career at the age of 17, founding several successful start-ups that he later sold to major international groups.
In 2015, he founded Epic, an international foundation dedicated to transforming the lives of future generations and preserving our planet. Epic connects non-profit organizations with businesses and individuals eager to commit to improving our society. The Epic model has been recognized as a case study by the Harvard Kennedy School.
Convinced that the private sector serves as another lever for action, Alexandre Mars founded blisce/, a B-Corp certified responsible investment firm which combines financial, social, and environmental performance. Among its achievements are investments in companies such as Too Good to Go, Headspace, Brut., and Spotify.
Continuing his commitment to social justice, he launched INFIИITE, a social EdTech that supports students from underprivileged backgrounds in accessing the best schools and universities in the world, as well as their professional projects, through interest-free student loans and a mentorship program. INFIИITE aims to contribute to the emergence of a new generation of leaders who better represent the social diversity of our society.
His passion for sports led him to become an Ambassador and Board Member of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Since then, he has been working to ensure the social legacy of the Games in France and internationally.
Alexandre Mars is also the author of several books: Giving, Purpose is the New currency (HarperOne/HarperCollins, 2019), Mission Possible: How to Build a Business for Our Times (Nicholas Brealey Publishing, 2022) and Pause (Fayard, 2024).
He also gives a voice to inspiring leaders on his podcast PAUSE, where business leaders, artists, athletes, and activists share their successes, failings and inspirations. As an avid practitioner of Krav-Maga and running, he has participated in the Paris and New York marathons. Married and father of four children, he enjoys traveling the world with his family.
